Twill was founded by Scott Dayton, whose vision created and continues to shape the Twill shopping experience. Scott spent four years as a selling manager in several men’s areas of Marshall Field’s and Dayton’s department stores. He received his MBA from The Carlson School of Management and spent the following three years as a retail consultant for a leading management consulting firm. Scott has a vast knowledge of the current retail environment and understands how to satisfy the needs of the discriminating shopper.
